The Snowbird Ski Resort offers an official app that provides a variety of useful features for skiers and snowboarders. With this app, you can conveniently connect with your friends on the lifts and trails, track your performance stats, receive medals and badges, and view real-time weather updates and resort information.

• Stay updated on the current chairlift status, including wait times, openings, and closings.

• Get real-time information about trail grooming as well as openings and closings.

• Access up-to-date weather data to stay informed about current conditions on the mountain.

• Check the status of Snowbird's parking lots and the highway to plan your journey to the resort.

• Track your performance stats such as the number of runs you've completed and the vertical distance you've covered.

• Earn medals and badges as virtual rewards for your ski achievements, including riding Snowbird classics and improving your on-mountain skills.

• Find and track your friends on the trails by creating a private group. See which trail each person in your group is on, as well as your own location on the resort map.

• Create private leaderboards to compare achievements with your friends, whether it's who has the most vertical or who's been skiing the most days.

• Send location-aware messages to your friends using quick messages, allowing you to easily share information about sweet conditions. Your location will be automatically dropped into the message when you use the "#" symbol.

• Explore Snowbird with the Visitor's Guide feature, which provides insider tips on where to ski and what to see while you're at the resort.

• Stay informed about events happening around the mountain, such as live music and ski competitions.

The app also syncs your workouts with Apple Health.
